These tool its very useful for those people that fix its own cars, help me a lot discovering what’s the problem with my engine, I also order the vacuum gauge and the fuel pressure gauge from Actron.

I was in the market for a used boat and this thing saved me from a bad decision more than once that week. If you are shopping for a used boat be sure to take one of these with you, it can save you thousands! Remember to do the compression check AFTER a test run when buying. I did find the perfect boat and she runs great with no problems so far. The compression tester works great and looks like it will be around for several years. The pouch could use a separate compartment for the small parts.

Item arrived in good time. Based on the product description, product met my expectations, no complaints. Used to trouble shoot engine problems, analysis showed that I have a blown cylinder head gasket on cylinders 5 and 6.

I found the quality and workmanship of the compression tester to be very good. The gauge is large and durable, and the accessories appear to be nicely made. I have already used it on my outboard motor cylinders and leaf blower cylinder. I am very happy with the readings.

The above was my initial review. I used the tool for the second time yesterday, and it got stuck in the spark plug hole; the hose would simply spin on the threaded bit – I had to get creative to extract it, but I finally got it out. The knurled surface on the bit does not have enough grip on the rubber hose, and it spins when you try to un-screw it from the spark plug hole. I even tried crimping it harder to no avail.

Serves me right for buying cheap tools.
